We are thinking about purchasing acehelpdesk.com helpdesk system . Anyone here used them ? . Please do let me know

I think that the most powerfull powersystem is via panel`s ticket system or telephone... Or via GG (gadu-gadu) communicator. We are not using those programs, email, ticket panel system and telephone contact is very powerfull choice ;-) Cheers.
