Gdzie mogę dostać najtańszą licencję na cpanel ?

Ewentualnie możesz zakupić serwer (dzierżawa np: na 1 miesiąc) gdzie masz licencję cPanel. Oczywiście osobno płacisz za wynajem serwera a osobno za licencję.

Nie ma licencji dożywotnich tak jak w DA?

Według tego: http://www.cpanel.net/products/cpanelwhm/purchase-cpanel-products.html nie ma, w supporcie cPanel zaproponują na 1,2 lub 3 Lata. Tak jak wspomniałem musisz mieć też do tego serwer, bo sama licencja na nic się nie zda.
