    lighttpd dobra opcja, ale czy nie będzie się gryzło z DirectAdminem? czy on nie wymaga apache?

    OK, uznajmy tamto za nieważne. Teraz jest problem innej maści. Po utworzeniu wildcard dla domeny i zakładaniu nowych kont, strony użytkowników co prawda się wyświetlają, ale nie wyświetlają zawartości ich strony tylko stronę główną rpcs.pl (powinnobyć tak że http://www.rpcs.pl/~rysiu powinno wyświetlać się tutaj http://www.rysiu.rpcs.pl a tak nie jest) jak temu zaradzić?

    Witam ponownie, chciałbym odświeżyć temat bo nadal nie mogę poprawnie skonfigurować tych DNS?ów. Zbiorę w jedną całość informacje...Posiadam serwer VPS z zainstalowanym DA oraz własną domenę rpcs.pl (z włączonym wildcardem). Moim celem jest stworzenie darmowego hostingu dla znajomych zintegrowanego właśnie z tym panelem. Problem polega na tym, iż tworząc nowe konto użytkownika i przypisując mu np. domenę test.rpcs.pl ? strona użytkownika nie wyświetla się (natomiast wyświetla się gdy wpisuje w przeglądarce adres rpcs.pl/~test). Chciałbym, żeby była możliwość wejścia na stronę użytkownika przez jego domenę (np. wspomniana wyżej test.rpcs.pl).

    Powyzsze ustawienia mam w ustawieniach DNS w panelu Direct Admin (czyli ns1.statnet.pl itd - serwery DNS mojego dostawcy), ale w momencie gdy dodaje nowego usera przypisuje mu np. adres test.rpcs.pl to w rezultacie otrzymuje wynik, iż nie ma takiej strony mimo iz na katalog usera wgrane są pliki.

    OK Serwery DNS mojego dostawcy już podpiąłem pod domenę, ale teraz kolejny błąd; bowiem gdy tworze konto uzytkownika przypisuje mu jakis adres *.rpcs.pl to gdy wchodze na ten adres *.rpcs.pl w rezultacie otrzymuje wiadomość od nazwa.pl "ta domena jest zaparkowana".... Jak temu zaradzic aby zamiast tej strony wyswietlala sie strona startowa uzytkownika?

     

    Czy może to być winą tego, iż serwery DNS przypsiałem około 15 minut temu i nie zdąrzyły się jeszcze przypisać? a po max 24h wszystko będzie śmigać?

    Posiadam własną domenę - a więc pytanie: w jaki sposób stworzyć do niej DNS'y?

     

    EDIT Napisze moze jeszcze w tym temacie, zeby nie spamować na forum:

    Czy jest jakiś sposób, żeby ograniczyć pamięc ram (np. przydzielić 256MB z zasobów) na aplikację DirectAdmin, gdyż aktualnie panoszy mi się na całą ilość zasobów uniemożliwiając symultaniczne uruchomienie innej usługi?
