wysoki koszt amazon glacier

Witam.Od jakiegoś czasu trzymam trochę plików w usłudze amazon glacier. Kilka dni temu zaszła potrzeba pobrania kilku i tu zaczal sie problem. Naliczono mi opłatę

$0.011 per GB - Retrieval Fee  838.731 GB  9.23$

. Wszędzie mówi się, że usługa jest niesamowicie tania a tu okazuje się, że muszę zapłacić ~37 zł za pobranie kilku plików. Napisałem do amazona. Odpowiedzieli następujaco:

You are billed for your highest hourly retrieval rate that occurs over the course of the month, as though you were retrieving at that rate for the duration of the month. I will explain below:
In the case of your account, it looks like the largest file you pulled from Glacier this month was a 4.5 GB file (or archive).
The retrieval job is listed as taking 4 hours, which would yield an hourly retrieval rate of 1.126 GB/hour.
This rate is then multiplied by the total number of hours in the month (744) to simulate data being pulled at that rate for the entirety of the month. This gives us 838 GB, which is very close to the value that you are seeing on your account activity page.

2. Co jeżeli nie zapłacę? Jakie jest prawdopodobieństwo, że będa chcieli dochodzic "naleznosci" na drodze sadowej?
