Problem z statusem serwera TS3 na gametracker

Witam od razu na wstępnie proszę o przeniesienie do odpowiedniego działu bo takiego nie znalazłem.

Mój problem polega na tym gdy próbuje GameTracker połączyć się z moim serwerem to wyskakuje mi błąd.

Podłączam według standardowych danych:

IP: minecraft.mepi.pl

Port: 9987

Query port: 10011

GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.

NOTE: all instructions assume you are not trying to connect from/to "localhost" and are on another IP Address outside your domain.
Open a telnet session to your server on the query port

Execute a "clientlist" command

Czytałem dokumentację, ale nie za wiele mi ona wyjaśniła.Serwer postawiony dopiero 3 dni temu może dlatego ?

GameTracker wymaga uprawień dla rangi, która wchodzi na serwer domyślnie guest:

 

 

b_virtualserver_info_view

b_virtualserver_channelgroup_list

b_virtualserver_client_list

b_virtualserver_channel_list

b_serverinstance version view

 

Ustaw nazwę na Gametracker i dodaj go. Powinno działać.
