Co sadzicie o tej domenie?
Jest warta jakas kase teraz przed Euro2012?
Domena przekierowuje na worldcupfancamp.com
Tak samo jak:
worldcupcamping.com
eurofancamp.com
fanfest.pl
I jak sie oplaca, to gdzie sprzedac?
-
cena odnowienia = renewal price for the domain
cena odnowienia wygasającej = price of renewal of the expiring domain
Thats whats confusing me.
The renewal of of an expiring domain is more expensive than just a renewal?
This is to encourage customers to renew their domains for more than a year?
Sorry if thats unclear, but i never came across a practice like that.
-
Thanks for that. I still have my problems with the Polish system.
For instance: What is the difference between "Cena odnowienia"and "Cena odnowienia wygasającej"?

I have a few domains regitered @ ppd.pl and today i received a legit looking email from them:
Witamy,
Pozdrawiamy,
Zespół PPD.pl
Anybody know them? And is PPD really quiting?
-

(Dzieci emigrantów w pierwszym pokoleniu zazwyczaj znają język rodziców i świetnie się nim posługują.)I actually lived in Poland until i was six, but this was in the 80s. I'm writing in English for my convenience not hers and to spare you guys with my horrible Polish.
There are at least 2 registrars(mentioned above), that allows foreign customers:
Regulamin:
- Wszystkie kwoty podane w Serwisie są kwotami netto, należy doliczyć do nich 22% VAT. Rozliczenie z podmiotami mającymi siedzibę poza terytorium Polski odbędzie na zasadach przewidzianych w polskim prawie podatkowym i odpowiednich ustawach.
I believe polish registrants are simply not accustomed to foreign customers, or in the case of OVH and other multinational registrars they are bound to redirect the registrant to their foreign counterpart.
Można sie dogadać z rejestratorem zeby podać lipny pesel itd zeby coś było a reszta prawdziwaAs i said before i stated my actual address. And in case you haven't heard, there is a thing called online bill.

How is that ripping her off? That is over 90PLZ in my books, instead of 45PLZ in Poland.
And when she creates a domain it's even hilarious.
-
Giving false information is never good idea. And it probably violates ToS.I stated my address here in Germany and i don't have PESEL. Don't see how this is "false information".
That's how i moved to them a couple of days ago and they know about it.
Napisz bezpośrednio do rejestratora, którym jesteś zainteresowana, na pewno coś wymyśliBoth ovh and masternet have this strange SMS confirmation, which works for polish numbers in Poland only + PESEL or NIP and REGON during registration. I have contacted both and masternet simple answer was "Sorry, you have to live in Poland", while ovh answered "Please contact OVH in your country".
Again, do you want to rip her off?
-
@the last 2 posters
Are you guys serious?
Do you want to rip him off?
Check out http://ppd.pl and enter 0s as your PESEL and your area code has to look XX-XXX.
You can also pay by credit card there.
And don't forget to add 22% tax, it's kinda like USA.
-
Można rejestrować - trzeba wtedy podać inny numerek identyfikacyjny z jakiegoś dokumentu - np. paszport. Not @ ovh and masternet, they require you to have polish citizenship and and residency.
-
According to this the .pl domain market has risen by almost 50% last year alone.
Do you think that .pl domains could eventually be priced like e.g. .de domains(~15PLZ), or is NASK simply to greedy and corrupt?
-
Where do you see cheaper prices? Registration&Renewal prices are higher. You have to scroll down to the very bottom, but as i said this only available this month.
-
Until the end of march ppd.pl/cennik.html is even cheaper than ovh+masternet.
-
Thanx! That is exactly what i was looking for.
Strange that the so praised masternet.pl is not on the list, on the other hand my registrar Varia claims to have 7294 domains @ the moment, so i guess a lot has changed since last year.
-
Remember that the largest =/ the bestI am actually @ a rather small registrar(i believe).
Just wanted to check how they are doing.
-
Can anybody point me to a graphic or list like this one only for polish registrars:

;-)Well, i moved my domains to them within minutes and payed 40PLZ each for the renewal.
-
Really, I always get them via e-mail or web interfaceJust got my authinfo within minutes by email.

The general domain policy in Poland is that you pay e.g. 1-2 EUR and then you either prolong for 15-20 EUR (Masternet is probably the cheapest company on the market) but if you want to move the domain earlier (meaning before you prolong it in the same company) you have to pay an additional fee which is in most cases the difference between the promotional price and the price of extension. Besides, there is no better offer than Masternet so pay and stay : )Another thing is that in Poland, with a lot of governmental and post-governmental companies (including NASK, which manages .pl/.com.pl domains and sells them through its "partners") operating like back in the socialist times, moving a domain is not an easy task. As far as I remember it requires provision of some legal documents (generally papers stating ownership) via snail mail.
masternet.pl and ovh.pl is only available to polish citizens residing in Poland.
Never had this problem @ active24.pl, but they are also more expensive.
Hopefully ppd.pl accepts foreign customers, because otherwise i would have to register in Germany, which costs ~30€.
-
So i've been searching for domain and hosting prices in Poland, Germany, GB and the USA and came across this offer:
http://www.internetagentur-was.de/easyhost.php
Obviously they are trying to make cash through the long commitment and their domain prices:
http://www.internetagentur-was.de/domainpreisliste.php
But other than that i couldn't find any flaws.
Please let me know if you do, because otherwise i'm moving my main domain to them.
I also found a very neat domain price search engine:
http://www.hostsuche.de/suche_domain.php
Unfortunately not for .pl as most of the companies are from Germany.
-
This isn't true. I transfered few domains in the past (from different companies) and never had any issues with documents. Authinfo + confirmation e-mail is usually enough. What is "Authinfo"?

Thanx for clearing that up.
So, you guys prefer to buy .com or other domains and then host them abroad?
Is hosting just as regulated or even corrupt like the domain business, or is it possible to find a fair hoster?
-
www.masternet.pl ?This sounds interesting. Still more than other national domains, but acceptable.
BTW: Can i register a domain at the promotional price and than keep moving it every year from company to company?
-
This are excellent prices for .com domains!
But for .pl domains it is even cheaper here and a comperable hosting plan would cost almost 53€ a year.
C'mon guys, are .pl domains really 4x as expensive as almost any national domains???
