My Website Was Hacked!

Hello, I am the founder of Noustra. My site was hacked recently and a lot of irrelevant links were created. I cannot share the full story here because I have already posted the details in another thread about the hacking issue. I have now added several security measures, but the problem is that many parts of my site no longer work because of these protections. Some features only work if I disable those security settings, which defeats the purpose.

Can anyone advise me on how I can keep my security measures active while still making my site’s code work properly? Any guidance would be appreciated.
